We had a very friendly driver, James, who was informative as well.

We went on the Hoover Dam tour and it started off very well. I would of rather skipped the chocolate and garden thing and spent more time at hoover because 2 hours is not long enough. The tour did includes the Government tour at Hoover. The busses A/C was mediocre but it was 117 that day.

The driver (James)was knowledgeable and funny so he made the drive better. We did the deluxe tour and it seemed like a good value. You can take the public bus tour or a more private limo tour with a nice price Gives great tour trip to hoover dam, with multiple means of transportation. It was a very long day feeling rushed to see & do nothing except see our life flash before our eyes!! Waste of time! So we left our hotel 5am & got back to our hotel 10:30pm. So he sped & tailgated & honked his horn the whole way back! We contacted Gray line with all of this however they didn't care! We had booked this trip thru Viator. The bus driver was very pissed off that we went back! (He said "it breaks his policy") On the way back to Vegas the bus driver kept saying he needed to get back home. Both were super foggy & couldn't see much! Gray line doesn't guarantee the weather which is ok but I'm sure they could guess what the weather was like due to them in constant contact with the park stations! The bus driver also tried to leave a couple behind because they weren't at the bus on time! He drove away however we told him to go back to get them.

On our way to the Grand Canyon the bus driver was tailgating other cars so close & I was worried not just about the tailgating but about the driver sliding into the car infront of us due to the snow! (BTW I'm Canadian so I know how to drive in tons of snow!) Once we were at the canyon we stopped again for a bit to walk around however it was so foggy you couldn't see really anything! We went to Bright angel & Mather point.

We spent way too much time for lunch (I think they left you there to buy stuff at the gift shop) The weather was very cold & rainy when we left which turned into snow at the National geographic center. Then we went to the National geographic center to get our lunch. We felt very rushed all you had time to do was walk to the top & take a picture then get back to the bus. (We felt like cattle) Once we we're on the bus we went to the Hoover dam. Then we all got dropped off at a Wearhouse & separated into different busses & where they try to up sell you. We asked the hotel that we were staying at which place was closer for a pick up. When we booked it they said the pick up time was 7am however the day before when we called they said the pick up time was changed to 5:30am! (Good thing we called or else we would have missed it!) Next the original place they told us to meet was very far away from our hotel. Meals are included.I would give 0 stars if I could! My family & I (5 people total) took a tour of the Grand Canyon & Hoover dam however it was the biggest waste of time & money ever!! It started out with us calling the company to confirm our tour.
